The Job includes the following responsibilities:

- Facilitating the learning requirements of children with learning difficulties.
- Age group of children - 9 to 13 years.
- Subjects to be taught - English and Maths.

Basic Requirement:

- Trained special educator.
- Needs to have the knowledge, competency and interest in teaching English and Maths at the Middle School level.
- A passionate person who is trained and is willing to work with children with learning difficulty.

Key focus areas:

- Be willing to learn, work with and execute the Mathematics & English programme as per the learning requirements.
- Identify the learning needs and challenges of the children.
- Prepare and implement Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for each child under their care.
- Preparing and executing lesson plans and daily activities, keeping the diverse needs of children.
- Tracking and recording the progress of each child under their care.
- Designing and implementing action plans to help and bridge the learning gaps.
- To be committed to one’s own personal and professional growth and learning.
- Collaborating with the teachers and other members of the school.
- Ready to participate in other programmes of the school.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
