**Position Overview**: As a Data Entry Fresher, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data in our systems. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that data is recorded correctly and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**:

- Input and update data into company databases and systems with high accuracy.
- Verify and validate data to ensure its correctness and completeness.
- Perform routine data checks and clean-up to maintain data quality.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with organizing and managing electronic and paper records.
- Prepare and format reports and documents as required.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and data-related inquiries.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills and knowledge related to data management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in data management or a related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
