**Position Title**: Robotics Faculty

**Location**: Haryana Institute of Information Technology(HIIT Ambala), Near Aggarsain Chowk, Ambala City

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: 12K - 25K

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and update robotics courses, ensuring they are current with industry trends and best practices.
- **Teaching**: Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions on topics such as robotics engineering, automation systems, AI integration in robotics, sensor technology, and control systems.
- **Lab Management**: Oversee and manage robotics labs, ensuring all equipment is maintained and available for student use.
- **Student Support**: Provide academic advising and support to students, helping them succeed in their studies and career goals.
- **Industry Engagement**: Foster relationships with industry professionals to stay updated on the latest trends and incorporate real-world insights into the curriculum.
- **Research Supervision**: Guide students in robotics research projects and support their efforts to publish their findings.
- **Assessment**: Create and evaluate assignments, exams, and projects to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in professional development activities to stay current with advancements in robotics and education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
- Proven experience in robotics and automation, with a strong portfolio of projects or research.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) and robotics software (e.g., ROS, MATLAB).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
