**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for government liaising work related to Microwave, AAI, Tor, PCB, Green Building, Electrical, Fire Department, KMC, Municipalities, Zila Parishad and others.
- Organizing all the paperwork related to the liaising work.
- Giving regular updates to seniors and directors/Partners for the work.
- Maintain relationships with the officials and others for the liaising work.
- Preparation of CAD Sanctions drawing with online OBPAS/others related system.
- Any other responsibility/task given by seniors and directors/Partners.

**Key Responsibility Area (KRA)**:

- Experience in the liaison function for Real Estate companies, with government agencies / municipal approvals / statutory sanctions / Licenses Knowledge of FSI / FAR building rules etc.
- Exposure to facilitate communications & coordinate activities to help process streamline/operations.
- Acts in the interest of the Company to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships Govt Officials.
- Ability to handle crises/issues regarding statutory approvals.
- Coordination and liaison with Govt. offices related to the projects for approval and clearances.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum qualification ITI ( 5 years’ experience) /Diploma Civil ( 2 years’ experience) /Diploma Architect ( 2 years’ experience).
- Experience in real estate/architects liaising work.
- Minimum 3+ years of work experience with liaising work.
- Exposer with CAD and MS office.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local languages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
