Position: Retail Salesperson

Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Salesperson. Your role will be to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and create a positive shopping experience. Your friendly demeanor, product knowledge, and sales expertise will contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in finding products and offer expert advice.
- Drive sales by engaging with customers and utilizing effective sales techniques.
- Maintain product knowledge and participate in sales events.
- Operate the cash register and help with inventory management.
- Collaborate with the team and uphold store standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- 12th Class pass or equivalent.
