**Responsibilities**
- Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring supplies are stocked and organized
- Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate areas
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries in a professional manner
- Support staff in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to complete special projects and tasks

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
- Proficient in using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹11,288.16 per month
