Surgical Ot Assistant

The Surgical Operating Theater (OT) Assistant, with an educational background equivalent to nursing, will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support in the operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical company's equipment used in surgical procedures.

Key responsibilities include:
1. **Equipment Setup and Preparation**: Assist in setting up pharmaceutical company's equipment in the operating theater according to established protocols, ensuring all necessary supplies and instruments are ready for use.

2. **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance during surgical procedures, including troubleshooting equipment issues, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper functionality to support surgical teams.

3. **Patient Safety**: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards while handling and operating equipment, including proper sterilization procedures and infection control measures to minimize risks to patients and staff.

4. **Maintenance and Calibration**: Assist in the regular maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of pharmaceutical company's equipment, following manufacturer guidelines and regulatory requirements to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

5. **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and any incidents or malfunctions encountered, reporting any issues to appropriate personnel for timely resolution.

6. **Training and Education**: Provide training and education to surgical staff on the proper use and maintenance of pharmaceutical company's equipment, ensuring proficiency and compliance with best practices.

The Surgical OT Assistant will play a critical role in supporting surgical procedures and ensuring the safe and effective operation of pharmaceutical company's equipment, contributing to patient care and overall operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
