**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing Management**: Track and organize sourcing materials, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- **Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact between the design team and the Mumbai office.
- **Stock Monitoring**: Keep an eye on stock availability and report on trends.
- **Website Coordination**: Collaborate with the website team for new uploads and resolve price discrepancies.
- **Social Media Support**: Oversee product information accuracy for social media posts and assist the social media team.
- **Administrative Support**: Help with scheduling, managing calendars, and preparing documents for the designer.
- **Research**: Conduct market research to support sourcing and design decisions.
- **Project Assistance**: Aid in managing special projects and campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Client Communication**: Assist with client inquiries regarding products and design services.
- **General Office Support**: Provide general administrative support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as an assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or design industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
