We are hiring an experienced and target-driven _**Admission Counselor cum Caller**_ who can confidently handle the admission process from lead generation to final enrollment. This role requires strong calling skills, persuasive communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with students and parents regarding course inquiries.

Explain course details, fee structures, and benefits clearly.

Encourage walk-ins for face-to-face counseling.

Convert leads into confirmed admissions.

Maintain a daily call report and follow-up record.

Achieve monthly and weekly admission targets.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth admission processing.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in admission counseling or telecalling (education sector preferred).

Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.

Ability to work under target pressure and deliver results.

Confident, presentable, and professional attitude.

Should be comfortable with work-from-office role.
