**Funds Availability Report**

Preparing the Funds flow statement on daily basis for effective use of funds.

Reporting movement of excess funds internal banks for saving the interest on borrowings.

**Accounting of Bank transactions**

1

Updating of Loader for Bank transaction on the daily basis

2

Accounting of interest cost for working capital and terms loan on monthly basis

3

Receipts Reconciliation for BRS

4

Accounting of Forex gain /loss on PCFC/EEFC Repayments

**Reconciliation**

1

Reconciling bank statements with ERP entries for closing daily BRS.

2

Reporting of Open items in BRS daily basis

3

Reporting any unidentified cost is charged by banks for reversals.

4

Presenting the BRS on month end without any issues to management for review.

5

Interest Cost charged by Bank with sanction letters

6

Cheques in transit follow for clearance for overdue with payable & purchase team

**Reporting -MIS**

1

Loans Schedule preparing for MIS. comprises of WC, TL, PCFC, CA Balances utilised on monthly basis.

2

Restatement of foreign currency loans such as TL, EEFC, PCFC for measuring the Gain/Loss impact -Realized & unrealized

3

Reporting of excess interest cost /penal charges to the treasury team and management

4

Reporting stale cheques on monthly basis matching with TB numbers-follow for status of cheques issued but not cleared

5

Providing the Debtors realisation on monthly basis for Stock statement.

6

Providing the required information for Internal Audit & Statutory Audit.

7

LC/BG utilization schedule comparison with sanction limits -monthly

8

Reporting of Margin Money in banks and accounting of Fixed deposits

9

Preparing of CARE Data for rating

MBA(Finance) Or M.Com or CA
