- **Safety Compliance**:Strict adherence to safety regulations and procedures is crucial, especially when working with high-voltage equipment.
- **Collaboration**:They often work with engineers, technicians, and other plant personnel to complete projects and address electrical issues.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs is important for compliance and future reference.
- **Equipment Operation**:Plant electricians may operate and maintain various electrical equipment, including switchgear, motor control systems, and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
