- **Reading Blueprints and Schematics**:They must be able to interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- **Safety Compliance**:Strict adherence to safety regulations and procedures is crucial, especially when working with high-voltage equipment.
- **Collaboration**:They often work with engineers, technicians, and other plant personnel to complete projects and address electrical issues.
