Qc Microbiologist

Job Title: QC-Microbiology

Reporting To: Head -QA

Key responsibilities Duties:

- Media preparation and all basic microbiology testing requirements.
- Device Sterility test, LAL/Pyrogen test, Bioburden test (Finished Product & Raw

Material test), Fumigation & its test
- Water system validation test.
- Microorganism’s identification test.
- Finger dab test.
- Environmental monitoring test.
- Test report maintaining for all above said tests
- Temperature, Pressure, RH & Cleaning monitoring of MB Lab.
- Swab test (Area & Cleanroom Coat),GPT test, Sub culturing, BI Test.
- Autoclave Validation
- MB lab related material Indenting, follow-up & testing.
- Lab equipments maintaining.
- SOP Review & preparation for MB lab test only (Whenever required).
- Development of any tests related documents (Protocol / SOP / Checklist / Format /

report)/

Qualification:

- MSc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology
- Fresher or with 1+ years of experience.
- English communication and teamwork.
- Detail oriented, ability to read various standards and guidelines & define implementation

details.
- Result oriented to develop and deliver components in a short span of time
