We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Sanchit Solutions. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for assisting our team in creating visually appealing and innovative graphics for a variety of new and existing projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging designs for print and digital media, including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns. (Logos, Banner Designs, Visiting Cards, etc...)
- Develop visual concepts, layouts, and graphic elements based on project requirements.
- Use industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create and edit visual content.
- Assist in designing and updating company branding materials, including logos, business cards, and other marketing collateral.
- Support the team in brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
- Help with image sourcing, retouching, and resizing to suit various platforms and mediums.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company's designs are on the cutting-edge.
- Meet project deadlines and demonstrate flexibility to accommodate changing priorities.
- Assist in proofreading and quality-checking designs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and actively contribute to a positive and creative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Has prior internship experience of at-least 3-6 months_
- Recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Coral Draw.
- Strong eye for design, typography, and layout composition.
- Solid understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in design work.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team to meet project goals.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design work and projects is required.
