Job Title Trainee - Bookkeeper

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

- Complete bookkeeping jobs allocated daily as per Daily Planner and Jobs Sheets
- Ensure that correct time is logged in Time Sheets for every allocated job
- Provide daily updates to the Reporting Manager on the status of jobs
- Any other additional responsibilities assigned by the Management

Qualifications:.
- Degree in Commerce and or relevant experience (1+ years)
- Good Typing Speed

Preferred Skills:

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat DC
- Ability to work in a team
- Continuous Learning on the job to minimize errors and provide good client
deliverables for review
