**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct live online sessions on **Critical Reasoning**, tailored for undergraduate entrance exams (e.g., CUET, IPMAT, DU-JAT).
- Create and curate content including questions, explanations, and practice materials.
- Evaluate students’ performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Participate in periodic faculty meetings and training sessions.
- Customize teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in teaching Critical/Logical Reasoning for entrance exams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts with clarity and precision.
- Comfortable with using online teaching tools and platforms.
- Must be available for a **demo session** (which will help determine final pay rate).

**Compensation**
- **Hourly pay** based on performance in the demo session and experience level.
