**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to oversee the timely dispatch of products, manage documentation, and ensure smooth logistics operations. This role involves coordinating with teams to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate paperwork.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee dispatch operations.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documentation (invoices, challans, etc.).
- Communicate with logistics companies for timely delivery.
- Maintain records of dispatched goods and inventory updates.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on dispatch statuses.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in dispatch operations (preferably in manufacturing).
- Knowledge of E-Bills processing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
