**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Instruction**:

- Deliver Physics lessons to senior secondary students (grades 11 and 12).
- Prepare, plan, and conduct lessons in alignment with the curriculum.
- Develop instructional materials, including worksheets, assignments, and projects.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving among students.
- Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations as part of hands-on learning.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and report on academic progress.
- Identify areas of improvement for students and provide additional support when needed.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and create a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation in discussions and activities.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a respectful learning atmosphere.
- **Student Support & Mentorship**:

- Offer academic counseling and mentorship to students as needed.
- Provide guidance on academic, career, and personal development.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on current developments in the field of Physics and education.
- Attend school meetings, professional workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching skills.
- Participate in curriculum development and review processes.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with other teachers in the department to share resources, teaching strategies, and best practices.
- Coordinate with the school administration and parents regarding students’ academic performance.
- **Extra-curricular Activities**:

- Supervise students during co-curricular activities, particularly science exhibitions or projects.
- Encourage students to participate in science fairs, Olympiads, and other relevant competitions.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
