**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate crawler cranes safely and efficiently at construction/piling sites.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance of the equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure site safety compliance.
- Work closely with the site supervisor and team members to execute lifting operations.
- Report mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid Bahrain Crawler Crane Operator License** - _Mandatory_
- **Experience working on piling sites** - _Mandatory_
- Proven track record of operating crawler cranes safely
- Strong understanding of load charts and crane operations
- Ability to work long shifts and adapt to site requirements
