**Bindal Group - Profile of Factory Manager Required**

**Only Male staff are required for this position.**

**Responsible for overseeing the performance delegating tasks to workers and ensuring that the factory targets are met. You should also maintain a positive work environment and demonstrate good leadership abilities.**

**You should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and also have phenomenal managerial skills.**

**Responsibilities**:
**With complete knowledge of computers, should have two-wheelers including driving license.**

**Should be capable of speaking good English, Tamil and Hindi would be an added benefit.**

**Planning factory daily routines, supervising the factory workers on the production floor, and developing strategies to increase productivity and production.**

**Oversee all shipments, incoming inventory, and storage operations.**

**Assigning tasks to the factory staff and resolving factory-related issues.**

**Preparing production schedules and reports and presenting them to the higher management.**

**Optimize productive time for employees by eliminating unnecessary processes.**

**Practice conflict resolution among departments and employees.**

**Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve.**

**Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations.**

**Requirements**:
**Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment.**

**Ability to multitask, and to solve complex problems.**

**Excellent verbal and communication skills**

**Good analytical and leadership skills, and strong management skills.**

**Good decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities.**

**Ensure all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are met.**

**In-depth knowledge of the industry and its place on the market.**

**Age limit - upto 55**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
