TechTalks provide Technical Communication Services on an end-to-end basis to Enterprises in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Software industry. To support our growth and scale, we are looking for BI Trainers who will be lead the project technically and functionally.

**Role**:
You will be playing a critical role in the project success. You will understand customer products on technical and functional ground and ensure content quality on technical front in each training content deliverable. You will be the product champion and point of reference within the team who understands training needs accurately. You will interact with customer stakeholders across to ensure training content success. You will provide technical inputs to the team and review their output to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and correctness of the training content.

**Responsibilities**

As a BI Trainer, you will be expected to lead the project technically and drive it to ensure its success. It includes:

- Understand customer business goals, project objectives, content requirements, target audiences, and TechTalks engagement in it
- Articulate technical training requirements and details, and communicate it to the content development team
- Set the expectations within the team, groom them on the customer products, and ensure technical depth of each team member
- Closely work with our team to achieve training content efficiency, effectiveness, technical perfection, customer satisfaction, and clarity
- Drive customer relations on technical front and coordinate projects
- Grow individually, establish processes, and build teams to expand the capability
- Develop technical leadership over the years to ensure solidity in technical competency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
