Job Title: Ticketing Executive

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ticketing Operations:

- Handle the end-to-end ticketing process, including issuing, reissuing, and cancelling tickets.
- Ensure accuracy in ticket details, including names, dates, and destinations.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure bookings and confirmations.

2. Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to ticketing, flight schedules, and travel regulations.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with changes to their travel itineraries and handle rebooking when necessary.

3. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all ticketing transactions.
- Prepare and distribute necessary travel documents to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant travel regulations and requirements.

4. Communication:

- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and travel partners.
- Provide timely updates on changes in travel plans and relevant information to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote special offers and packages.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive or in a similar role within the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of ticketing systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with travel regulations and restrictions.

**Education**:

- A bachelor’s degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience in the travel industry.
