**EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 2-3 YEARS**

**SKILLS SET -**

**Staff Management**:Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeepers, and janitors.
Schedule work shifts and assignments for housekeeping personnel.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

**Inventory Management**:Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
Order and replenish supplies as needed, while managing costs effectively.

**Quality Control**:Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to the established standards.
Conduct inspections to identify areas that require attention and coordinate corrective action.

**Guest Relations**:Address guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping promptly and effectively.
Strive to provide an exceptional guest experience through cleanliness and orderliness.

**Budget Management**:Develop and manage the housekeeping budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency.
Recommend improvements and cost-saving measures.

**Safety and Compliance**:Ensure that housekeeping staff adhere to safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
Stay up-to-date with health and safety regulations and ensure compliance.

**Maintenance Coordination**:Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure timely repairs and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
Report any maintenance issues promptly and follow up to ensure they are resolved.

**Reporting and Documentation**:Maintain records of room occupancy, housekeeping schedules, and other relevant reports.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the management.

**Environmental Initiatives**:Promote eco-friendly and sustainable practices in housekeeping operations, such as recycling and energy conservation.

**Training and Development**:Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
