**Job Summary**:
The Recruitment Intern will support the recruitment team in various stages of the hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or student looking to gain practical experience in recruitment and develop essential HR skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize online tools like LinkedIn Recruiter lite, or other available platforms.
- **Resume Screening**:
- **Interview Coordination**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as data entry and filing.
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records.
- Help with the preparation of offer letters and other relevant documentation.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**:
- Inputting data into the companies ATS system.
- Help to compile reports on recruitment metrics.
- **Other duties**:
- Assist with other HR related tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 month of previous experience in a recruitment role is preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Experience with social media platforms, like LinkedIn.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
