**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market and industry research using publicly available sources such as NSE, BSE, Screener.in, and Moneycontrol
- Analyze financial statements, earnings reports, and investor materials
- Support in preparing company profiles, sector analysis, and research summaries
- Assist in building financial models and performing valuation methods such as DCF or comparable analysis
- Monitor news and updates related to key companies and sectors
- Assist with report writing and presentations for internal discussions
- Help in gathering information during due diligence and preparing documentation
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with financial concepts, ratios, and statement analysis
- Basic knowledge of research platforms such as Screener.in or Tickertape
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Must have access to a personal laptop for work use
**Compensation and Terms**:
- **Salary**: ₹15,000 per month (during 3-month probation period)
- **Job Type**: Full-time, On-site
- **Work Location**: Nerul, Navi Mumbai
- **Schedule**: Day shift, Monday to Saturday
- **Confirmation**: Subject to performance review after the probation period
