**Job Title**: Hospital Administrator
**Location**: Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee hospital operations, including staffing, budgeting, compliance, and facility management.
- Coordinate between medical, nursing, and support staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Manage patient services and address patient concerns or feedback promptly.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory of medical supplies and equipment, and liaise with vendors.
- Prepare regular reports on hospital performance and suggest improvements.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating hospital staff.
- Implement policies and procedures for quality control and cost-effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare administration preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with hospital management software is an advantage.
