Job Summary: The SEO Specialist is responsible for optimizing websites and online content to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic. They will develop and implement effective SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, monitor website performance, and provide recommendations for on-page and off-page optimization. The SEO Specialist will stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure the website remains optimized and search engine friendly.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.

2. Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for website optimization.

3. Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.

4. Collaborate with content creators to optimize new and existing content for search engines.

5. Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may affect search engine rankings.

6. Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.

7. Analyze website data and provide insights and recommendations for improving SEO performance.

8. Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.

9. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to outperform competitors.

10. Collaborate with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during website development and content creation.

11. Stay up-to-date with emerging SEO tools, techniques, and trends and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website development processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹13,096.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
