**Job description**

1.Preparation and tracking the Budget preparing the key drivers, tracking on a monthly basis, implementing the system

2.Implementation of System for key activities Ex. Expense Management, Employee reimbursements and migration of accounting software

3.Streamlining various finance control processes

4.Exposure to Ind AS and listed compliance related to financial reporting

5.Review of RBI and lenders reporting

6.Managing the relationship with lenders and data submission on ongoing basis

7.Review of Payments

8.Statutory compliance GST / TDS etc

9.Handling Internal Auditors / Statutory Auditors
