2. **Design Creation**

- **Branding**: Develop and maintain brand identity elements such as logos, color schemes, typography, and style guides.

3. **Project Management**
- **Timeline Management**: Oversee project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met.
- **Budget Adherence**: Manage design budgets and resources efficiently.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with other team members such as copywriters, marketing professionals, and developers.

4. **Quality Assurance**
- **Design Consistency**: Ensure that all design work is consistent with the established brand guidelines and high-quality standards.
- **Revisions**: Review and incorporate feedback from clients or stakeholders, making necessary revisions.

5. **Client and Stakeholder Communication**
- **Presentations**: Present design concepts and finished products to clients and stakeholders.
- **Feedback Handling**: Manage client feedback and make adjustments as needed.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong client relationships.

6. **Technical Skills**
- **Software Proficiency**: Expert knowledge of design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- **Web Design**: Experience with web design tools and coding languages (HTML/CSS) can be beneficial.
- **Print Production**: Understanding of print processes and file preparation for production.

7. **Innovation and Trend Analysis**
- **Creative Solutions**: Develop innovative design solutions that push creative boundaries.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies.

8. **Mentoring and Leadership**
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.
- **Training**: Facilitate training sessions or workshops to enhance team skills.

9. **Problem-Solving**
- **Design Challenges**: Address and resolve complex design challenges and technical issues.
- **Creative Obstacles**: Find creative solutions to overcome design obstacles and constraints.

10. **Documentation and Reporting**
- **Project Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of design processes, project developments, and client communications.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders and management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
