**Job Title**: Paid Campaign Intern
**Location**: BTM Layout, 1st Stage
**Department**: Marketing / Performance Marketing
**Duration**: 4-6 months

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Paid Campaign Intern** to join our performance marketing team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in managing and optimising digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign performance and compile weekly performance reports.
- Support A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copy.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop campaign assets.
- Learn and work with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other PPC platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
