**Objective**

We are looking for experienced trainers to help learners of the age group between 10 to 15 years develop their soft skills, life skills, computer skills and competencies. Your goal as the trainer will be to conduct informative training sessions that facilitate their skill development.

**Major Deliverables**:
1. Understanding the students who are from rural / semi-urban and poor socio-economic backgrounds and imparting skills training among them will be the prime responsibility.

2. The trainer should follow readily designed content provided by us and complete the content in the given timeline.

3. The trainer should be able to deliver training in facilitation mode using innovative techniques and tools.

4. Assess learner needs and track progress.

5. The trainer would have to conduct training at the locations allocated, hence be ready to travel (Travel/Accommodation costs will be reimbursed)

6. Collaborate with the project team and ensure timely submission of reports required.

7. Take part in team meetings and performance review meetings.

**Essential Attributes**:
1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

2. Experience with best practices for instructional manuals, teaching platforms & training-related software.

3. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions.

**Qualification & Experience**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably B.Ed.

2. Any valid certificate in Training will be an advantage.

3. Minimum one year experience as a trainer, B.Ed teacher, or related position.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Volunteer, Fresher
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
