As a UI/UX Designer at Waffle Bytes Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our digital products. We are looking for a talented and creative individual with 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
