Job Highlights

Ø 8-10years of work experience as Sales Trainer preferably from the Domestic BPO industry.

Ø Person should be above 35years of age.

**Responsibilities**

Ø Conduct training as per monthly training calendar and sales knowledge and skill gaps.

Ø Create a training curriculum and estimate the time of training.

Ø Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs.

Ø Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session.

Ø Maintain and update records of training material.

Ø Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment.

Ø Strong working knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.

Ø Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ø Motivate others to improve their skills.
