We believe — **“Precision is not luck — it’s discipline.”** **Role Overview** The **Production Manager** will lead and control the complete fabrication workflow of PEB structures — from raw-material planning to final dispatch. This role demands technical mastery, people leadership, and a commitment to quality, safety, and productivity. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, schedule, and monitor **daily / weekly/Monthly fabrication targets** as per project delivery plans. - Supervise **cutting, drilling, welding, assembly, painting, and dispatch** operations. - Review **BOM and drawings** received from the Design & Planning department before execution. - Allocate manpower, machines,Methods and materials based on project priority and deadlines. - Implement **Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)** and record inspection checklists for each stage. - Ensure proper calibration, preventive maintenance, and readiness of all fabrication equipment. - Coordinate closely with Design Engineers, Procurement and Project teams for technical clarifications. - Track and report **daily production output, wastage, and machine utilization efficiency**. - Enforce **safety discipline and 5S housekeeping standards** across the shop floor. - Monitor painting thickness, galvanization quality, and packing standards before dispatch. - Mentor and train supervisors / operators to improve skills and productivity. - Participate in **management review meetings** and recommend process improvements. **Skills & Capabilities** - Proven ability to manage end-to-end PEB fabrication process (150-200 tons per month). - Deep technical knowledge of **steel structures, drawings, and welding standards (IS / AWS)**. - Excellent leadership and team-management skills for multi-shift operations. - Strong coordination between Design, Purchase, and Site departments. - Analytical mindset with focus on quality, timeline and cost optimization. - Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets / ERP for production tracking and reporting. **Capacity** - Ability to plan and execute up to **10 simultaneous project lots** per month. - Responsible for delivering 350 - 500 tons of fabricated steel monthly with >98 % on-time dispatch. **Eligibility** - Diploma / B.E (Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering). - 5 - 8 Years of experience in PEB Fabrication / Heavy Structural Steel Manufacturing. - Exposure to ERP systems and ISO 9001 process is an added advantage. **Compensation & Benefits** - **Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (negotiable based on experience). - Production Incentives + Performance Bonus. - Free accommodation / food facility at factory (optional). - Opportunity for career growth to Operations Head / Plant Head role. **How to Apply** Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance Ability to commute/relocate: - Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) Work Location: In person
