Position

The position is for a Technical Support Professional with a Techno-Functional background in Oracle Cloud ERP Applications with knowledge of Oracle BI Reporting, and Salesforce support.

**Job Description**:
The main role of a Support engineer is to troubleshoot and resolve complex techno-functional problems in Oracle Applications, Oracle BI Reporting, and Salesforce Administration support.

Experience Needed

Functional/Technical experience with Oracle OTL, Basic Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud PPM (both project financials and project execution), and Oracle Cloud ERP configuration/administration/implementation.

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Experience in providing Oracle service request support and troubleshooting technical issues with the highest priority.

Develop Dashboards and Reports using OTBI/BIP reporting tools.

Support ERP implementation projects with core technologies.

Salesforce Administration.

Oracle certifications are a plus.

5 - 12 years’ experience using Oracle Technologies.

**Skills**:
**MUST**: SQL, PLSQL

**MUST**: BIP/OTBI
- OPT: Oracle OIC
- OPT: JavaScript
- OPT: JDeveloper/ADF

**Education**:
B.S (Computer Science) or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.
