Back Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
Using job portals, screening, interview scheduling & coordination.
Book Air tickets of team as per requirement.
Assisting HR in Daily tasks.
Handling the CRM part backend & team communication.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
HR stock maintenance, Gift dispatches ect
Workers attendance, payroll & coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years in a similar role.
**Skills**:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Coordination with team, manager & Dealers.
**Additional Qualifications**:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Advanced Excel.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
