Engineer will be an integral part of the RPA delivery team of our Office of Intelligent Automation OIA at EVERNORTH The RPA Platform Engineer will be responsible of supporting the strategy and frameworks of the OIA and set up manage and maintain the RPA platforms that address EVERNORTH needs
**Responsibilities**:
Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness for the UiPath Platform whether on premise or in the cloud
Define and implement best practices for the CI CD processes
Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness for the CI CD pipelines
Help design the To Be state of automations and assist in the creation of the Solution Design Document SDD
Help set up UiPath environments and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions
Support UAT and deployments of automations to production and between environments
Review SDDs from vendors contracted by EVERNORTH and provide guidance and oversight
Provide technical guidance to developers
Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
**Qualifications**:
**Required Skills**:
Cloud ecosystems experience
Knowledge of object oriented programming and architectural design patterns is a plus
Having experience with the UiPath platform is a must having experience with Pega OpenSpan or Blueprism platform is a plus
Experience with staging and deploying automation solutions into test and production environments and providing post production support
Experience with CI CD is a must
Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle
Proven experience with design principles and modular programming techniques
Excellent Communication skills
Required Experience Education
A Bachelors or MS Degree in Computer Science Engineering or similar majors
4 years of experience coding in one or more system level programming languages Powershell C C C Python Rust etc and a willingness to learn new ones2 years supporting RPA platforms
UiPath Infrastructure Engineer Certification or Diploma is a must
Location Hours of Work
Full time position working 40 hours per week Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate
Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad India in a hybrid working model 3 days WFO and 2 days WAH
