Store purchase of all items to be prepared and order to be placed.

Daily incoming stock to be cross check (Groceries, Vegetables, Meats, Fish, Fruits etc.)

Daily issues to be done with issues request from all kitchens & juice section.

Daily closing stock to be taken for all items.

FIFO process to be done for all fish & meat/ milk products in chillers.

Month end closing stock to be done for all sections along with accounts & purchase section.

During closing time all sections chillers, counters to be cross check in night shift.

Storing items date labelling to be check before storing in chillers in night shift.

To be co-ordinate with purchase assistant and accounts for smooth operation.

Operation Manager/Accounts Manager instructions to be follow as and when required.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Kannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- Malayalam (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
