Terminal Incharge

**Job Location**:Haldia Port**Job role**: Terminal Incharge
**Operational Management**: Oversee and manage all day-to-day terminal activities, ensuring smooth operations, including tanker loading, Vessel unloading, and other associated terminal tasks.

**Coordination**: Act as the key liaison with the terminal team, coordinating daily activities to optimize operational efficiency. Work closely with CHAs (Customs House Agents) to facilitate seamless vessel operations.

**Customs Management**: Engage proactively with Customs officials to ensure the smooth clearance of vessels, addressing any issues that arise promptly to avoid delays.

**Accounting Support**: Utilize Tally for accurate and timely accounting, maintaining meticulous records of all terminal-related financial transactions.

**Process Improvement**: Identify areas for operational enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency, safety, and overall terminal performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in terminal operations, particularly in tanker loading and customs coordination.
- Strong understanding of customs procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in Tally and general accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
