We are looking for an enthusiastic **Tele caller** to contribute to generating leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer support. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to engage with our products/services over the phone.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to potential or existing customers to inform them about our services/products.
- Handle **inbound queries** and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build **positive customer relationships**.
- Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Achieve **daily/weekly/monthly targets** for calls and conversions.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales/marketing team for seamless operations.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.

**Key Skills & Tools**:

- Excellent **communication skills** (Tamil, English; Hindi is a plus).
- Strong **convincing and negotiation skills**.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office / Google Sheets**.
- Experience using **CRM software** is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle pressure.

**Qualifications**:

- 10th / 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum **1 year of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Telesales**.
- Prior experience in **BPO, call center, or voice process** preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
