**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluating, identifying, and developing software solutions
- Training and overseeing the activities of the members of the development team
- Locating and directing solutions for critical challenges involving software and hardware interface
- Providing the development team with architectural blueprints to follow
- Ensure compliance with established architecture, design patterns, policies, standards, and best practices
- Verify stability, interoperability, security, and scalability of.NET system architecture
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executives and business consultants
- Writing sections of code as part of development in a project

**Skills Required**:
Ø Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOPs) and enterprise architecture patterns.

Ø In depth experience in.NET framework and related

Ø Strong understanding of inner working of Web Applications

Ø Strong MS SQL experience and database development.

Ø Experience in NoSQL databases technologies like MongoDb, Elastic Search etc.

Ø Strong knowledge of data structures, multi-threading, and N-Tier Architecture.

Ø JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Angular framework, ReactJs

Ø Extensive experience in software development and project management.

Ø Solid understanding of a variety of programming tools and development platforms.

Ø Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Ø Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details.

Ø Strong communication and presentation skills.
