**We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Trainer to deliver high-quality English language instruction to students and/or working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing learners’ progress, and helping them improve their fluency, grammar, writing, pronunciation, and communication skills.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions in General English, Business English, IELTS, PTE, or other exam prep courses (as per institute requirement)**

**- Design and deliver lessons that develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills**

**- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles**

**- Track student progress through assessments, mock tests, and feedback sessions**

**- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and learning activities**

**- Motivate learners and create a positive, encouraging classroom environment**

**- Provide individual support to students who need additional help**

**- Stay updated with current trends in English language teaching and exam formats**

**- Maintain records of student attendance and performance**

**- Participate in curriculum development, staff meetings, and training sessions**

**Requirements**:
**- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)**

**- TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification (preferred for ESL roles)**

**- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or training experience**

**- Strong command of the English language (native or near-native level)**

**- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills**

**- Familiarity with IELTS/PTE formats (for test prep roles)**

**- Comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
