We are seeking a reliable and experienced office car driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services for our employees and executives. The driver will be responsible for operating our company vehicle and ensuring the timely and comfortable transportation of individuals to and from various locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and responsibly operate the company vehicle to transport employees and executives to their designated locations, such as office premises, meetings, airports, or other business-related destinations
- Regular Reporting Reporting Time 8 AM
- Follow assigned schedules and routes while considering factors like traffic conditions and time constraints to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle interior and exterior, including regular cleaning, fueling, and basic maintenance tasks. Report any mechanical issues or damages promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor, assisting passengers with loading and unloading items, and ensuring their comfort and safety during the journey
- Demonstrate knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to ensure compliance and the safety of passengers and the vehicle.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, trip logs, and fuel consumption, and submit necessary reports or paperwork on time.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information or conversations heard during transportation.
- Monitor and report any incidents, accidents, or emergencies that occur during transportation, following established procedures and ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers.
- Collaborate effectively with the administrative or human resources team to coordinate transportation requests and schedule changes as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as an office car driver or in a similar driving role.
- Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and navigation systems.
- Excellent knowledge of driving rules and regulations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
- ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings,nights or weekends if necessary.

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
