**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Involved in analyzing medical reports to process medical claims.
- Final approvals for medical claims.
- Should have medical knowledge.
- Providing quality services.
- Updating the new medical terms and conditions as per the policy.
- Should be good knowledge in Academics.
- Processing of Claims with verification and Settlement with Customer Accounts.
- Evaluation of Customer/Claims and posting accordingly.
- Resolving Claims related queries and discrepancies, Following up and responding to queries of customers.
- Approving and Rejection of Payments to the Customers with all verification.
- Updating the Status of the Customers about the respective Claim.
- Play as an intermediate role between the Insurance co., and the Customer.
- Preparing the Weekly consolidated reports of the team and updating to the Management.
- Raising Shortfall whenever it is necessary.
- Approving and Rejecting of Claim after all necessary checks

**Criteria**:
**Qualification**:

- MBBS(Without Backlogs) MCI Registration certificate compulsory
- Day shift for Female and Rotational shift for Male
- 6 days working and 1 week off(Rotational week off)**Experience**:

- 0 to 2 Year
- **Location - Jaipur(Rajasthan)**
