**Machine Operation**: Operate manual and/or CNC turning machines to produce parts with high accuracy.
- **Setup and Calibration**: Set up machines by selecting and installing the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials. Calibrate machines to ensure precision.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as necessary.
- **Technical Skills**: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and troubleshoot issues with machines or parts, and implement corrective actions.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and any issues encountered during operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in machining or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: [X] years of experience as a Turner or in a similar role.
- **Skills**: Proficient in operating turning machines, understanding of machining techniques, and ability to read technical drawings.
