1. Experience in kitchen as tandoor chef in hotel or restaurant industry.

2. Check all norms laid down by the department for personal hygiene.

3. Ensure mis-en-place has been done before the next shift has comes in.

4. To take decisions on certain work operations in the absence of the chef.

5. Ensure cleanliness of the work area and storage places.

6. Co-ordinate with co-workers to facilitate smooth work flow of kitchen operations.

7. Ensure proper and clean attire & uniforms.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
