Receive incoming materials and verify their quality and quantity against delivery notes or purchase orders.
- Properly store materials in designated locations and ensure they are clearly labelled and organized.
- Maintain accurate stock records using manual registers or inventory software.
- Issue materials to relevant departments based on approved requisitions.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in periodic audits.
- Monitor stock levels and notify when reordering is necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments for smooth material flow.
