Our Teachers perform roles of a Learning Facilitator, Child mentor, Academic process controller, Idea promoter, leaning participant, school event Organizers, child progress developer and many more in our pursuit to provide holistic education for all our school children. **Job description**: We are looking for Primary Coordinator for our Primary grades in CBSE Curriculum. Some of the role expectations are elaborated below. - Facilitating the inter-classroom observations. - Monitor teachers' plans. - Assist in recruitment process through demo observation. - Reviewing educational directives with faculty, staff and parents. - Monitoring student progress and resolving issues that may arise along the way. - Assisting Principal in all assigned work. - Addressing PTA meetings. - Assisting in general School Administration. - Bring to the notice of the Principal any instances of discrepancy in the concerned classes. - Mentoring to the teachers. - Take rounds---during teaching hours, during recess, during dispersal. - Check the student’s scope file written by the teachers. - Checking of teacher's log book on weekly basis. - Checking of class attendance register. - Plan the year’s academic work in advance in consultation with the Principal and hold staff meeting at least once a month, and reviews the work done. - Arrange for performance improve programme. - Preparing class time table. - Promote the physical well being of the pupils, secure their high standards of cleanliness health habits. - Conduct assembly on daily basis. - Attend parent call & grievances in person. - Checking of evaluation registers & results. - Checking & approving Formative evaluation papers. **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Kalyan, Kalyan - 421306, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Teaching: 5 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 8108939126
