Role Overview

As a Techpack Designer at Aervox, you will create comprehensive and accurate tech packs for our performance and lifestyle apparel. You’ll collaborate closely with design, product development, and manufacturing teams to ensure flawless execution from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed techpacks for activewear and sportswear products including measurements, construction details, trims, and material specifications.

Collaborate with fashion designers and product development to translate concepts into production-ready formats.

Maintain clear, organized documentation and version control across all styles.

Communicate directly with manufacturers (primarily in Vietnam) to ensure feasibility, precision, and timely development.

Update techpacks based on fit samples, prototyping, and production feedback.

Research and stay current on performance materials, trims, and innovative construction techniques in sportswear.

**Requirements**:
2-3 years of experience in techpack creation for apparel (activewear/sportswear preferred).

Strong knowledge of garment construction, grading, and production processes.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel (experience with CLO 3D is a plus).

High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Understanding of performance fabrics, fit, and function is a major advantage.

Nice to Have

Previous experience working with factories in Vietnam or other manufacturing hubs.

Passion for sports, fitness, or streetwear culture.
