- We're looking for a people leader with these qualities who can:
- own the stand up, configuration, and customization of a new consumer and business payments hub (including ACH, Wires, Real Time Payments, etc.), including pricing and overdraft capabilities
- implement Check Clearing, Mobile Check Deposit, Bill Pay and P2P payment rails.
- lead the money movement initiative throughout the agile project life cycle from initial requirements to production delivery
- take client experience data inputs and manage and deliver a prioritized road map and requirements
- partner with multiple Crews and Pods in an agile delivery environment, including Digital, Money Movement, Deposits and Cash management product teams.

- To better serve Financial Advisors and clients in North America, UBS aims to modernize the Banking capabilities of UBS Bank USA, and deliver a more holistic, full-service banking offering to our clients. UBS will digitize the core Banking systems to be faster, more effective, and more efficient in delivering lending and cash management offerings with a focus on key segments. UBS will build on its already high-performing Bank and strong net promoter scores with digitally led and high touch capabilities and further align to the UBS client promise -personalized, relevant, on-time, and seamless services.
- You’ll be joining the Digital Strategy and Platforms (DS&P) team. This team is focused on integrating the various segmented needs of the business into a strategically-focused whole through the delivery of best-in-class, customer-centric solutions.

**Your expertise**
- experienced in money movement product or platform management showing progression/promotion
- familiarity with leading payment platforms in the wealth management, financial services, or other applicable industries
- experience in designing and delivering money movement journeys in an omni-channel environment
- define and develop customer-level requirements, features, value propositions, and experiences for Digital Banking product offerings
- in-depth knowledge of Bank products and ability to manage a product roadmap.
- agile methodologies and delivery experience
- a product and platform evangelist with an unwavering focus on putting users first
- a strong communicator with compelling presentation skills, including the use of technology to communicate ideas and strategy
