**You will be responsible for**:
**Junior Drug Safety Associate**
- Review the Case status report as and when reports are received
- Inform the different workflow leads to monitor and take priority cases to completion
- Monitor productivity as and when reports are received
- Run SQL and identify priority cases hourly basis
- Update dashboard on productivity
- Provide the health of cases received and predict any highlights

**Skills**:

- Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Possess attention to detail

**Must have**:Attention to detail - Good comprehension skills. - Good communication (verbal and written), with fluency in English and interpersonal skills.
